The consultant should deliver the following tasks:
1. March: Design GIS - training module material (handouts, presentations, exercises and facilitator notes)
covering at minimum the following topics:
2. GIS operations
3. (participatory) data collection & integration,
4. Irrigation Infrastructure operation & maintenance planning & budgeting
5. work progress monitoring, reporting & decision-making
6. March: Finalise review training material, development of training schedule
7. March-April: Conduct of training & coaching of (field) exercises
8. April-May: Finalization and presentation of DM small-scale irrigation cases
