1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - PENRO Benguet through the UARBRR 2026 PARIA intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Consultancy Services for the Updating of the Protected Area Management Plan (PAMP) of Upper Agno River Basin Resource Reserve (UARBRR). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The DENR - PENRO Benguet now calls for the submission of Eligibility Documents for the said consultancy services. Interested individual consultants must submit evidence of their qualifications and experience demonstrating their capability to undertake the project.
