The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) calls for the submission of eligibility and shortlisting documents for the above cited project in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on 23 July to 29 July 2026 via Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) (philgeps.gov.ph) and the AFAB website (afab.gov.ph).
