6) Qualifications

The Consultant(s) shall have expertise in:

· Information and communication technology (ICT) in education;

· Formal IT training;

· In-depth knowledge of different online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom and Workspace, Moodle etc.;

· Expertise and competence in the development of ICT-enabled teacher training materials;

· Knowledge of the undergraduate and post-graduate education system in Myanmar will be considered an advantage but not a requirement.
