Also, electrical power system resilience criteriarequired new competencies oriented to respond and recover quickly from disruptions anddisruptions. These challenges have brought about significant changes to traditional gridoperation, requiring advanced system modeling, real-time monitoring, and adaptive controlstrategies. As a result, it is essential to develop and maintain a technically specializedworkforce capable of assimilating new grid codes, leveraging digital tools, and applying robustoperational practices to ensure system reliability, stability, and resilience under increasinglycomplex operating conditions.A key factor in this capability is the implementation of structured training and competencymanagement systems.
