The Port Authority of Jamaica Invites Qualified Bidders to Submit Electronic Bids for Consultancy Services for the Following: Qualified Broker Member or Member Dealer for the Port Authority of Jamaica Business Processing Outsourcing Assets Privatisation (Monetisation) Transaction.
1. Availability of Bidding Document: Bidding Document will be Available for Download from Tuesday, February 27, 2024 on the Government Electronic Procurement Platform - www.gojep.gov.jm.
2. Procurement Method: Open Bidding - National Competitive Bidding (Ncb)
3. Eligibility Criteria: Evidence of Valid Tax Compliance

4. Qualification Criteria Includes but is not Limited To: • Current and Valid Registration with the Exchange and the Fsc Providing Stock Brokerage Services. • at Least 10 Years' Experience in Successfully Managing at Least Five (5) Ipo and Ofs Processes/Transactions, Private Placements, Bonds, Organizing Offers, and Listing of Shares of Companies on the Exchange.

5. Clarifications: Questions and/or Clarifications Related to the Bidding Documents will only be Accepted through www.gojep.gov.jm the Deadline for the Receipt of Clarifications is Ten (10) Days before April 12, 2024.

6. Bid Submission: The Bid Submission Deadline is April 12, 2024 No Later than 3:00 p.m., (1500 Hours).

7. Bid Submission Deadline: An Online Bid Opening will Take Place on April 12, 2024, 3:15 p.m. Late Bids will be Automatically Rejected by the System.
