1. The Local Government Unit of Basey through the 20% Component of Annual Budget 2026 and Supplemental Budget 2026 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P 5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of the Master Development and Investment Plan (MDIP) of the Municipality of Basey, Province of Samar under contract reference no.“ 12508234 /LGUBS-CS-26-04-067, ”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
