Description : REQUEST FOR INVITATION TO BID/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT ROUTE PLAN
1. The Municipality of San Ildefonso, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for the Preparation of the Local Public Transport Route Plan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The SIBAC now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the procurement of consulting services of a local consultancy firm/company with extensive experience in providing advisory services in the abovementioned Procurement. Interested consultants must submit their eligibility documents on or before April 15, 2026, 3:00 p.m. at SIBAC Office, New Municipal Hall, Anyatam, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
