Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) intends to addressing the water security challenge by executing a strategic large-scale storage of potable water in natural aquifers, which could be used as an emergency supply in the event of a disruption in the desalination water-supply infrastructure. The aim of this project is to execute the Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) of desalinated water for potable use in the northern part of Qatar through which the ultimate objective will be achieved by means of providing an emergency supply of drinking water of 325 MGPD for a duration of 90 days and the seasonal storage of 180 to 400 Mm. The Scope of this Consultancy Services shall cover the Design verification, divide the existing tender documents into multi packages, provide all technical support during construction, Supervise drilling and construction of injection and/or storage wells in accordance with specifications and Supervise water injection and recovery tests as per the specifications provided in the agreed contract, witnessing FAT/all tests and warranty services for the PC works GTC 1282/2025 Tender Announcement : 24241 Other activities related to civil engineering activities, Engineering and architectural consulting offices, Other technical consulting, Engineering and technical offices related to specialized activities for all branches of engineering, Other activities related to architectural and engineering activities and related technical consultations
