1. The City Government of Cabadbaran, through the General Fund CY 2023, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 3, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the FORMULATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP) AND COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) OF THE CITY OF CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE. Detailed description of the project is provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
