Description : 1. The DOST-SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION INSTITUTE (DOST-STII), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors/consultants to submit proposals for the project “Consultancy Services for Data Audit and Capacity Building of IRAD” with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php350, 000.00).
See the attached Terms of Reference.
2. Procurement will be conducted through Small Value Procurement as prescribed under Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
3. The project shall be awarded as one contract.
4. Suppliers/contractors/consultants shall submit their quotations/proposals, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), on or before 10 April 2026 until 5:00 PM at the DOST-STII - BAC Secretariat - Property Section, 2nd Flr.
