Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for the comprehensive review of the NWC's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to develop a Business Alignment Strategy National Competitive Bidding

The consultant shall use acceptable techniques and procedures to perform the following services:
1. Identify the ICT capabilities required by the NWC to fully capitalize on current available ICT opportunities to support its improvement efforts and to better align ICT with the business functions and the strategic direction of the organization;
2. Identify the gap between the capabilities of the current systems and the desired capabilities that are expressed by the various user groups across the entity;
3. Identify appropriate solutions and associated costs of achieving the desired state for the ICT Infrastructure and service delivery; and
4. Develop a comprehensive proposal/plan that clearly defines the solutions required to address the ICT needs and strategic direction of the NWC.
