Description : REQUEST FOR ExPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CITY-WIDE GREENHOUSE GAS INVENTORY OF PCDRRMO
1. The PASAY CITY GOVERNMENT, through the 2025 General Fund (5% LDRRMF CY2025) intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (PhP 12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the City-Wide Greenhouse Gas Inventory of PCDRRMO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Pasay City Government now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consultancy Services for the City-Wide Greenhouse Gas Inventory of PCDRRMO. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before Sept. 18, 2025 at 2nd Floor Rm. 213, BIDS AND AWARDS CONFERENCE ROOM, Pasay City Hall Bldg.. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
