Tender Details

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the execution of necessary activities in connection with the execution of an area plan for a circular green mineral park for the plants connected to extraction of REE in the Fens field. Nome Municipal Council has made the following decisions that are relevant for the assignment: Municipal council resolution 17/22 (strategy for the Fens field for development throughout Nome). The presidency decision 3/23 (mining plants shall be placed where they have as few negative consequences and as positive ripple effects as possible). Municipal council resolution 99/23 (the municipality initiates a green mineral park and plan cooperation with the participants in the Fens field).
