Tender are invited for The project is to replace the 3 elevator controls and call buttons on two (2) Passenger Elevators and one (1) Service Elevator. Accessibility standards need to be considered in this upgrade, as the current dimensions do not meet code. The current four (4) elevators date back to 1984, when this building was constructed; and although the hydraulic cylinders have been replaced, the control mechanisms are dated.
