Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service Strategy Development & Design of VFM Framework.
DRC Ethiopia seeks the EOI from qualified Consultants to develop an overarching Value for Money (VfM) strategy & design a customized VfM framework for DFID program. The Consultant is expected to apply DFID`s approach to VfM(4Es). The consultant is expected to provide technical guidance and analysis for DRC to develop a framework to provide concrete evidence of the program`s value for money and strengthen the team`s capacity on applying value for money systematically across the program.
