The World Bank Group (WBG) is advising the Government ofAntioquia about the establishment of a Private Public Partnership (PPP) toconnect to the internet unserved and underserved areas of the State. The main objective of this consultancy is to assess thesocio-economic impact of connectivity, with a particular focus on newlyconnected schools and hospitals. The consultant will provide a detailedanalysis of how access to digital connectivity in these institutions influenceseducational outcomes, healthcare delivery, and broader community well-being.This study will also establish a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworkfor when the PPP will be operative with focus on key indicators (e.g., numberof households connected, public institutions connected, etc.).
