KAHRAMAA District Cooling department (CD) is seeking to engage a qualified consultant to develop comprehensive District Cooling Policies & Procedures. The aim is to enable the District Cooling Department to effectively execute the DC Law, adhere to associated policies and regulations within the State of Qatar, and to establish itself as a fully-fledged DC Regulator. KAHRAMAA District Cooling department (CD) objective is to become a world class model District Cooling Services Regulator and to benchmark itself against other regulators in accordance with International Best Practice criteria. This project is the first step towards the actualization of that objective and all work should be done with due consideration of its purpose detailed in SOW and the requirement of skills transference. The project implementation period is 12 months. • A copy of Law No. 19 of 2024 is attached at the end of the tender documents.
