Tenders are invited for Consultancy in Constitution, Management and Analysis of Epidemiological Data Bases Cholera, Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

How can you make a difference?
This consultancy has four specific objectives:
· harmonize existing databases and propose unique formats (retrospectively and prospectively);
· analyze the information and disseminate a weekly report to UNICEF and its partners, keeping the focus on the western department;
· support the departmental health directorates, particularly the western health directorates and other UNICEF partners in other departments, to strengthen their surveillance department;
· support the local scientific partner of UNICEF: Laboratory Health Environment of Quisqueya University (LES-UNIQ) in the execution of their activities.
Required qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher degree in health, epidemiology, health systems management, social sciences or WASH
· Good knowledge of the problematic of oro-fecal transmission amaldies and in particular of cholera
· Proven skills of analysis and synthesis
· Proven skills in information management, use of data analysis software
· A minimum of three years of professional experience in the management of epidemiological or biostatistical data;
· Proven experience in information management and communication for the dissemination of key data, including the production of epidemiological bulletins
· Familiarity with UNICEF programs, especially on cholera response. An experience with UNICEF or a recognized partner is an advantage
· Excellent oral and written competence in French and English
Duration of the Consultation
· The consultation will take place over a period of 11.5 months
