Description : The UNDP Multi-country office for Cook Islands, Niue, Samoa and Tokelau invites interested applicants to submit proposals for Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) for the Improving the Performance and Reliability of RE Power Systems in Samoa (IMPRESS) project.

Interested individual Consultants must submit ALL the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications.

• Technical Proposal [methodology and workplan]

• Duly accomplished confirmation of Interest using the template provided by UNDP (Annex 1)

• Personal CV or P11 (Annex 2)

• Financial Proposal (Annex 3)

Incomplete applications will not be considered, they will be disqualified automatically.
