Consultancy assistance for the implementation of a new organizational structure in Water and sewage Drammen municipality, water and sewage business, has an ongoing reorganization project which means that changes will be made to the organizational structure of the business (VA). The purpose of the changes is to adapt the organization to the company's needs for adequate management and the ability to deliver on statutory requirements, which are now adopted targets in the thematic plan for water and sewage. The reorganization will also contribute to proper security and preparedness in the water supply and waste management for the city's residents and businesses. The changes that have been decided on involve, among other things, the creation of a new department (Management and support). Consequently, a fifth head of department must be recruited. The reorganization also means that two departments will be moved to new premises. In connection with the reorganisation, we need a consultant who can assist with the implementation and implementation of the changes that have been decided.
