Tender Details

In 2023, the UZA, supported by consultants, has drawn up a master plan in the form of a spot plan for future growth and infrastructure needs. The master plan that has already been drawn up will be added to the request for quotation.

The Antwerp University Hospital now wants to use this government opdcan appoint experts to give substance to the various sub-assignments from the master plan.

The assignment includes:

-Preparation of master plan per sub-phase and associated spot plan;

-Process optimizations;

-Management of the movable equipment;

-Start-up of the various sub-phases ;

-Moving movement/Moving in;

-The commissioning of the location(s) (go-life).

The entrepreneur is obliged to carry out at least the project management of the services covered by the contract with his own resources (Art. 78, paragraph 3 WOO).

It is the task of the project manager to ensure that the various partialassignments are carried out according to the planned planning and agreements and is also the permanent contact person for this government contract.
