UNDP is calling for interested candidates to submit their proposals to conduct the Capacity and Competency Needs Assessment and Strengthening for Ridge to Reef Approaches and Protected Area Management for the Cook Islands R2R project. More information can be found by downloading the Terms of Reference in this notice (and all the related templates to complete proposal).The Consultant(s) will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive capacity and competency needs assessment on key capacity issues relevant to implementing Ridge to Reef and to establish and manage Protected Areas in the Cook Islands. The assessment determine the technical, institutional and individual capacity and resources needed to implement R2R approaches andtoestablish and manage the overall system of protected areas, the Cook Islands Marine Park (CIMP) and individual Protected Areas, and it will assess to what degree those capacities and resources exist in the Cook Islands. All interested candidates, shall apply and submit proposals by due date, sending proposals to [email protected] by or before 5PM (local time)12March 2019.Proposals to include all attachments below;1. Recent Curriculum Vitae 2. P11 form addressing the evaluation criteria and why you consider yourself the most suitable for this assignment.
