. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the General Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS & 03/100 only (Php 2, 748, 815.03)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT BARANGAY TALAIRAN .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the above project Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
