1. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the Support to the Barangay Development Program of the NTF-ELCAC, chargeable against the UA, F.Y. 2024 GAA, RA NO. 11975, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Level II Water Supply System at Barangay MacArthur, Arteche, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Above Procurement Project . Completion of the Works is required within One hundred fifty (150) calendars days.
