Request for quotation are invited for Construct/Renovate an Existing Office Building.
1. The contractor shall perform painting services to all previously painted surfaces
including but not limited to building exterior walls, perimeter walls, gate doors, staff
quarters, and guard houses. Standard painting procedure is attached in SOW.
2. The contractor shall provide labor, labor supervision, quality control, transportation,
scaffolding if necessary, painting materials and related tools as a complete service
package. Embassy shall provide electricity, water, staging area, escort and technical
guidance required for the painting purposes.
3. Protect and cover non-painting surface by using proper painting tape, cloths or plastic
sheet covering. Remove un-wanted paint by using proper paint remover. All paint
must be premier quality approved by Embassy.
4. Waterproofing membrane application and waterproofing paint to approximately 400
sq. ft roof slab area; the portico, sunroom slab, and verandas.
5. Site cleaning.
