The Roofing Sheets shall be 0.52 Mm Thick Klip-Lok Metal Sheets or Equivalent. All the Flashing shall be 0.52 Mm Thick Metal Sheets and Industrial Grade Sealant with Backing Rod.
The services of a general construction company to perform Electrical Room Roof Restoration, U.S Embassy Rangoon. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Install metal roof shed over the existing electrical room, cable tray and electrical panels. See drawing and specifications in attachment.
2. Wall anchors shall be wedge anchor type; Hilti-TZ2 3/8” bolt diameter 2 ½” nominal embedment or equivalent.
3. Structural post shall be 150x75x5.5x9.5 I beam; girder shall be 75x75x5 L channel; purlin shall be 100x50x5 hollow section; S275JR carbon steel or equivalent.
4. The roofing sheets shall be 0.52 mm thick klip-lok metal sheets or equivalent. All the flashing shall be 0.52 mm thick metal sheets and industrial grade sealant with backing rod.
5. The gutters shall be nominal 3 mm thick GFRP with 1 feet interval stainless steel brackets.
