The subject of this public procurement includes carrying out a structural survey and preparation of a technical expertise for block 4A of the building of the National Assembly, in the city of Sofia, "Knyaz Alexander I" square No. 1. Its awarding is carried out by conducting an open procedure in accordance with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, in connection with art. 20, para. 1 of the ZOP.
This public procurement is conducted under the terms of Art. 21, para. 5 of the ZOP.
The current public procurement is part of a planned public procurement with the subject "Constructive survey and preparation of technical expertise for block 4A of the building of the National Assembly, Sofia, sq. "Prince Alexander I" No. 1, and preparation of a project for the construction of a fire alarm system in the Rest Base of the NS - Velingrad, and exercise of author's supervision during the construction, including two distinct positions'.
In addition to the current procurement, the scope of the planned public procurement also includes more one separate position as follows: Separate position with subject: Preparation of a project for the construction of a fire alarm system in the Rest Base of the NS - Velingrad, and exercise of author's supervision during the construction with an estimated value of BGN 17, 000 (seventeen thousand) excluding VAT. On grounds Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, the assignment of this separate position is realized according to the order valid for the individual and value.
The contracting authority provides the participants with an opportunity to inspect Block 4A, which is part of the National Assembly building in Sofia, "Knyaz Alexander I" square, No. 1. ...
