CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT GUIWAN-TUGBUNGAN
1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2025 CONST.) intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos Only (P50, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement of Slope Protection at Guiwan-Tugbungan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement of Slope Protection at Guiwan-Tugbungan. Completion of the Works is required in Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Calendar Days (239 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
