1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (PHP 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction / Rehabilitation / Improvement of Multi-purpose Building at Sitio Centro, Brgy. Tibagan, Tarlac City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Construction Projects. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
