1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (AB FY 2026 20% DF) intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P5, 000, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT SAN ROQUE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION/ REHABILITATION/ IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT SAN ROQUE. Completion of the Works is required in One Hundred Three Calendar Days (103 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
