CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF SEAWALL

1. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES through the NTA-2026 General Fund - Supplemental Budget # 1 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Four Pesos & 13/100 (PHp 4, 150, 774.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 2026-INFRA-007- CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF SEAWALL at Dororian, Gigmoto, Catanduanes . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES now invites Seventy Five (75) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
