4.The City Engineering Office intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 9184, the project: Fuel (Diesel); Aggregates, Lumber & CHB, Construction Materials and Steel Materials for the Construction/Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal along Executive Building, City Hall Compound, City of Tacurong with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-three Pesos and 57/100 (P711, 353.57)
5.The City Engineering Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders for the said project.
