Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Bansud - Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the 20% Development Fund- Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php. 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Rehabilitation of 25 L.m. River Control at Manihala, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Bansud - Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for Rehabilitation of 25 L.m. Reinforced Concrete Slope Protection, with Wheel Guard. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
