1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM PHASE 3 (POBLACION). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM PHASE 3 (POBLACION). Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
