CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS

1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through the 20% City Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos ( Php 5, 000, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS under Project Reference No. CW 2021-07-019 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required with in 90 calendar days . Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project equivalent to 50% of the Approved Budget for the contract to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
