Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHT
The BLGU-IV POBLACION, Garchitorena, through the Barangay Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS (P137, 785.00) ONLY, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The BLGU-IV POBLACION, Garchitorena, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHT. Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Sixteen (16) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most ADVANTAGEOUS RESPONSE BID (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
