1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (Special Education Fund) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine and 71/100 Pesos (Php99, 959.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Installation of School Fence at Talinguroy ES (POW-8751-2025-WNL-08). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
