CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL PLAZA (1ST BID)
1. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan, through 20% Local Development Fund -Social Services intends to apply the Two Million One Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos & 24/100 (Php 2, 102, 472.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of Municipal Plaza IB # 2026-07-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
