1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 340, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement/Rehabilitation of Bangui District Hospital - Rehabilitation/Construction of Perimeter Fencing (Phase II) and Landscaping, Bangui, Ilocos Norte (BAC IN 2024-29). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required is 58 calendar days.
