Invitation to Bid

CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM (PHASE 4)

1.The Sangguniang Barangay of Ugbon, through the authorized appropriations under 20% BDF CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos & 87/100 (Php1, 224, 489.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of Water System (Phase 4). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2.The Sangguniang Barangay of Ugbon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
