CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL PREMISES (2ND BID)
1. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan, through 20% Local Development Fund -Social Services intends to apply the One Million Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos & 80/100 (PhP1, 315, 466.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of Municipal Premises IB # 2026-08-059. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is 76 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
