The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 001 dated March 23, 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 1 2026 of Municipality of Malvar, Office of the Municipal Mayor- Capital Outlay (CO) intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (P 1, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE GYMNASIUM BRGY. POBALCION MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-072026-010964. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within 60 Calendar days.
