Invitation to Bid
1. The LGU - Zumarraga, Samar, through the 20% Economic Development Fund, (EDF), intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos & 00/100 (P 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building @ Brgy. Tubigan, Zumarraga, Samar (2026 - 015 INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC and Sub-ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within seventy five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
