CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF LINE CANAL AT BARANGAY BULIHAN MALVAR BATANGAS
1. The Barangay Council through the 20% Development Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and 80/100 (P 1, 249, 342.80) the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF LINE CANAL AT BARANGAY BULIHAN MALVAR BATANGAS with Solicitation Number 042026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Council now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
