1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the GENERAL FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FORTY TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 42, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT CENTER (TREE PARK BOARDWALK ALONG ROAD B) PHASE II AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA, GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-30 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT CENTER (TREE PARK BOARDWALK ALONG ROAD B) PHASE II AT GOV. D.O.
