1) The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos and 27/100 (₱ 2, 999, 524.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of Drainage Canal at Barangay Nonong Casto under Invitation to Bid (IB) No. B-2026-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 60 cd. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project.
