SECTION I INVITATION TO BID
CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF DOG POUND AT BRGY. POBLACION MALVAR BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 in the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos(P 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF DOG POUND AT BRGY. POBLACION MALVAR BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-102026-011074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works is required within 60 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
