Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Sabangan, through the PAMANA Program-OPAPRU under GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum Fifteen Million Pesos (Php. 15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF CAPINITAN ACCESS ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Sabangan now invites bids for Construction/improvement of Capinitan Access Road. Completion of the Works is required one hundred ninety-two (192) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
