CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF CANAL - BRGY. LUTA SUR MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 001 dated March 23, 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 of Municipality of Malvar, Office of the Municipal Mayor- Capital Outlay(CO) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2, 000, 000.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF CANAL - BRGY. LUTA SUR MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-052026-010566. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within 90 calendar days.
